Marketing Liaison

PURPOSE:
To build brand awareness in the community, and help bridge the gap between physicians and families making a decision on placing their loved one on Hospice.
To increase awareness of and highlight the services provided by Saad Hospice to hospitals, physicians, medical offices and facilities.
The Marketing Liaison will be responsible for the following:
Demonstrate positive human relations, knowledge, and skills in group dynamics/teamwork within the Hospice Agency.
Interact with patients and family in maintaining physical, mental and emotional support.
Support and inform patients and family regarding expectations and the Hospice concept which allows them to make an informed decision.
Represent Saad's Hospice in a positive manner to the community, physicians, and hospital staff in accordance with the Saad Hospice Way and Description of Culture.
Responsible for marketing outreach to hospitals, physicians offices, skilled nursing homes, etc.
To focus toward developing relationships for long term gain.
Delivers promo items to target markets.
Updates Department Calendar monthly that tracks all referral sources, to include the date of the referral, follow-up, and geographic location of referral.
Responsible for educating families on services provided.
Responsible for making appropriate follow-up to physicians and referral sources including thank you letters and notice of death.
Some Hospice, and Clinical knowledge is preferred, but not necessary.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
