HSES Business Partner

This role is responsible for environmental aspects/permitting and recommend solutions for developing, implementing, and maintaining an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
Oversee the Health, Safety and Security of all employees at the LeMoyne Site, coordinating Responsible Care activities and interfacing with community.
Provide oversight of H&S Specialist for the site.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Environmental Management Reviews; advise site management of environmental aspects; conduct Environmental Steering Team Meetings including agenda preparation, status reports, and issuance of meeting notes.
Conduct environmental aspect reviews; identify all applicable environmental requirements.
Maintain objectives and targets that are consistent with the Operating Policy.
Participates in the Annual Quality Planning process.
Ensures that environmental responsibilities and authorities are defined at all levels of the organization.
Facilitates an awareness of applicable environmental requirements via internal communications, inspections, training, meetings, etc.
Ensures that appropriate internal and external environmental related communications are implemented.
Ensures that procedures are in place to monitor and measure key environmental characteristics.
Ensures that a process is in place to periodically evaluate compliance with relevant environmental legislation and regulations.
Assist the Quality Management Representative with the scheduling, execution, and communication of the results of internal audits.
Conduct and ensure inspection of plant facilities are complete, unsafe acts, fire protection, first aid equipment, LDAR, security etc.
Coordinate site health, safety and security training activities and conducts training as needed with a strong focus on permit to work process.
Investigate critical incidents and accidents.
Train and develop others in the process and aspects of root cause investigation.
Represent the Company to local, state and federal agencies, act as community interface through the local Community Advisory Panel.
Understand and help implement the LeMoyne Site Operating Policy and Objectives which includes MTQ and ISO/ RC 14001.
Be aware of potential environmental impacts in your area of responsibility and the consequences if an upset occurs.
Be aware of potential health, safety, security and environmental impacts in area of responsibility and the actions required should an issue occur Understand and implement all applicable regulatory requirements that to your area of responsibility.
Participate in the site's on-going Pollution Prevention Process.
Responsible for safe contractor management programs PSI for substance registry Maintaining programs driving safe work practices, investigations of incidents, industrial hygiene, process safety fundamentals, and training/development programs.
Directly manages contracted security team and safety specialist.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and/or 3-5
years of chemical plant environmental experience Demonstrated knowledge of US and state environmental laws and regulations.
Good organizational skills Good computer skills specifically in Word, Excell and other business applications (SAP, databases, etc) Must be able to read, write and communicate in English; Must be able to wear steel toed shoes, hard hat and respirator; and if needed to climb stairs or ladders Must be able to communicate with State and Federal Agencies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
